BMS Band Camp at Creekview 🐻

The Blalack schedule will be:

Tuesday, July 29^th - 8:00am - 12:00pm

Wednesday, July 30 - 8:00am - 12:00pm

Thursday, July 31 - 8:00am - 12:00pm (possible performancein CHS cafeteria at 11:30... pending check with CHS admin to make sure the spaceis still available)

Room Request & AC Access:

Weare requesting use of the following rooms with AC turned on and accessible from7:30 AM - 4:00 PM each day (and 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM on Thursday):

• Cafeteria from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM for a final full-band performance (chairs and space for audience seating)

• 8:30-11:30 AM Morning Rehearsals (4 rooms)
• 11:30-12:00 PM Lunch (students bring sack lunches)
• 12:00-2:00 PM Afternoon Rehearsals (4 rooms)
• 2:00 PM Concert/Symphonic students dismissed
• 2:30-3:30 PM Honor Winds rehearsal in E147A

Thursday,July 31

• 8:30-11:15 AM Morning Rehearsals (4 rooms)
• 11:15-11:45 AM Lunch
• 12:00-12:30 PM Full Band Performance in Cafeteria (parents invited)
• 12:30 PM Concert/Symphonic students dismissed
• 12:30-1:30 PM Honor Winds rehearsal in E147A

Creekview Summer Band Camp (Running Concurrently):

Creekviewwill also be hosting our full band camp that week:

• Tues-Thurs: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM (outdoor block), 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (sectionals inside Blalack), and 4:00 - 5:00 PM (ensemble block in CHS Auditorium)
• Friday, Aug 1: Sectionals 5-7 PM, First Drill Block 7-9 PM (at CHS due to CHS Staff Development earlier that day)
