UNIFORM FITTING DAY

Here is a breakdownof the spaces and timing we will be using on Friday, August 2nd for our BandUniform Fitting Day, with adjustments made to avoid conflict with the WhiteCoat Ceremony (8:00 AM-2:00 PM in the Auditorium):

Band Uniform Fitting Day - Schedule

• 12:00 PM - Arrival & Setup
• 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM - Seniors (27) & Juniors (34)
• 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM - Sophomores (45) & Freshmen (60)
• 4:00 PM - Begin Pack-up
• 5:00 PM - Event Concludes

Facilities in Use (12:00-5:00 PM)

• Band Hall (checkin / out)
• B100 (uniform fitting)
• Practice Rooms
• Uniform Room (check out uniforms)
• Choir Room ( Individual photos of kids)
• Fine Arts Wing Hallway (band students will walk through between photos / fine arts restrooms)
• Fine Arts Restrooms (near Auditorium)

Parking Plan

• Primary: Band Lot (with staggered arrival by class group)

Traffic Coordination Notes

• Our event begins at 12:00 PM, so there will be a 2-hour overlap with the White Coat Ceremony.
• We'll avoid using the auditorium and its main entrance during that time. All Band kids will park and walk around to enter Band Hall Door 19.
