At Music for All, we are thrilled to have your band join us forthe2025 Bands of America Waco Regional Championship, presented byYamaha, at McLane Stadium at Baylor University on Saturday, October 18. Thisyear marks our 50th anniversary, and we look forward to celebrating marchingband excellence with your program!
Asbands continue solidifying plans in the upcomingmonths, we hope that this window of time will allow you to prepare details foryour trip.Your actual performance time will not be released until youreceive theprelimschedule by early September.
Thetentativeblocktimes for theWaco Regionalare:
Block ONE: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
Block TWO: 9:15 am - 11:30 am
Block THREE: 11:45 am - 2:00 pm
Block FOUR: 2:15 pm - 4:15 pm
The first competing finalist bandwill perform at 7:30 pm.
The tentative performance blockforCreekview H.S., TX at the 2025 Waco Regionalis BLOCK THREE.
If you findan issue with your current performance time that you believe is unresolvable,please communicate that directly with us by emailingfall@musicforall.org. Reaching out to an individual staff member may have a delayedresponse.
Final Balance Due
If you chose thedeposit option when you registered, your final balance is due by May 15, 2025. Ifyour balance is not paid by May 15, you will forfeit your spot in the Regional.Before the end of April, we will send a separate email with SPECIFIC FINALBALANCE INFORMATION including instructions on how to pay.
Sunday MorningDirector's Clinic - Space Available
If you did NOToriginally register for the Sunday Director's clinic, there is stillroom. Please let us know if you areinterested so that we can add it to your registration. It is $300 for one hour,(30 minutes in the music room, 30 minutes in the visual room).
Registered bands for the clinic on Sunday, October 19 will receive a separate email communication about those specificswith your prelim schedule.
