MARIACHI: Branch Arts Live 2025
Good morning,
Congratulations!Your piece/s have been selected to perform at Branch Arts Live 2025.
Click herefor the piece/s selected and program order.Please note this is an outdoor festival.
Pleasearrive 30 minutes prior to your time slot and check in at the check-in tablelocated in the yellow circledarea on the map.
LiabilityWaiver: You need to have everyperformer sign a waiver and email them to valentined@cfbisd.edu by Oct. 10, 2025. Please send me one email with all your waivers.
When the piece before yoursgoes on stage please be lined up on stage left ready to enter on the stage assoon as the MC announces your group.
Entrance: All performers will enter from Stage Left
Bows: We would like for your performers to bow at theend of their piece, so please have that rehearsed.
Exits: All performers will exit Stage Right
Parkinginformation for performers: See map attachment - please park in thedesignated area circled in purple
Tents will beavailable and open for groups to change. Do not leave any valuables insidesince the park is open to the public. It would be great for each group to havean adult, if possible, in the tent just in case. The tent is located in orange circle on the map.
There arerestrooms located in the pink circle on the map.
Performance areais located in the blue circle on the map.
Be sure to bringlawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the entire festival from 12:45 - 4:00.
Nuevo Leon will be at the festival selling food and water inthe pavilion circled in green on themap.
Art sales will be located in the greencircled section as well.
Feel free to use the attached flyers to promote the event onyour social media platforms.
Polk Middle School, Newman Smith, Creekview, and RL TurnerHigh School Art Departments will be selling a variety of art works made bystudents and staff to help raise money for the art department. Come seethe sculptures, ceramics, jewelry and more and help support the arts.

This isan amphitheater with Marley laid on top of it. The stage will look likethe attached photo.
Music:We have the music you submitted.Please bring a backup just in case. The sound system is Bluetooth.
