UNIFORM FITTING DAY

Here is a breakdown of the spaces and timing we will be using on Saturday, August 1st for our Band Uniform Fitting Day:

Band Uniform Fitting Day - Schedule

8:00 AM - Set Up Band Hall/Choir Room

9:00 AM - Seniors

10:00 AM - Juniors

11:00 AM - Sophomores

12:00 PM - Freshman

Facilities in Use (8-3 PM)

• Band Hall (check-in / out)
• B100 (uniform fitting)
• Practice Rooms
• Uniform Room (check out uniforms)
• Choir Room ( Individual photos of kids)
• Fine Arts Wing Hallway (band students will walk through between photos / fine arts restrooms)
• Fine Arts Restrooms (near Auditorium)

Parking Plan

• Primary: Band Lot (with staggered arrival by class group)
