5:30-6:00PM - Dress in concert attire (performance uniform)
6:00PM - Depart home for downtown Dallas (carpool or with your parents)
6:30PM - Target arrival window
6:30-7:00PM - Arrive, enter Meyerson lobby, check in Instruments stay with students
Locate Green Room (EastLobby) & Front of Renaissance Columns (Lobby Area)
Dropoff instruments at green room
7:15PM - Lobby fanfare begins (separate group)
7:30 PM - DallasWinds concert begins- be ready to step out around 8:00 PM
8:10PM - Intermission begins (approx.)
Immediatelymove to Green Room (East Lobby)
Quickwarm-up (2-4 minutes max)
8:12-8:15PM - Move to performance setup
