FULL BAND GROUP PHOTO

We have a scheduling conflict with our original bandphoto date of August 6 at 2:00 p.m. The full marching band photo has beenrescheduled for the morning of Wednesday, August 26, during 5th period in theLarge Gym.

Marching band students enrolled in 1st, 2nd, 5th, and6th periods will report to the band hall to change into uniform and prepare forthe photo. We will complete the Student Activity List for all participatingstudents who will be pulled from 1st, 2nd, and 6th periods, and we will notifythe attendance office and their teachers in advance.

We may also create a volunteer sign-up form for parentswho are available to assist students with uniforms and the photo process thatmorning.

9:20 a.m.- Full marching band photo
9:40 a.m.- Students return to the band hall and change out of uniform
10:00 a.m.- Students are ready to return to class
